As of 2012, we operate through our own mystery shopper network in the 33 countries of Central and Eastern Europe, Balkans, Transcaucasia and Central Asia, as well as Turkey. We service the region known as Eurasia’s heartland, comprised at the moment predominantly of emerging economies still in the development of quality customer service.
4Service™ operational hub of 50 employees is based in Kyiv (Ukraine) and has experienced project management personnel speaking languages of the respective countries. A further 70 full-time employees are based in those countries to communicate with and coordinate our mystery shoppers.
All consumer groups are represented among 90.000+ 4Service™ mystery shoppers throughout the region. We are constantly investing in mystery shopper recruitment, thus ensuring an ever-growing geographical coverage for our client’s projects. All of our mystery shoppers undergo strict selection processing and receive introductory and project-specific tuition, following which they have to complete a certification program for each project in which they would like to participate.
