4Service Scheduling has been helping to improve service quality across Europe in partnership with mystery shopping agencies, since 2011, and gaining an increasing reputation as one of the most innovative and dynamic mystery shopping providers for agencies, as evidenced by our very fast growth trend.

In 2014 we actually carried out service quality audits in 50 European countries, working across Eastern, Central, and Western Europe, as well as in The Balkans, Transcaucasia, Central Asia and the other parts of larger Europe. We carried out significant projects in many countries including Poland the UK, Italy, Switzerland, and Germany; and successfully carried out especially demanding and challenging projects in The Netherlands, Finland and in France. 

We didn’t let anything get in the way of completing all of these projects to the highest required quality criteria and on time. On one occasion we even sent a specially selected and trained auditor from Switzerland to Lichtenstein to complete an assignment as required by our agency client.

Across Europe in 2014, mystery shoppers working with 4Service Scheduling performed service quality audits in all kinds of outlets including cosmetics outlets, fashion boutiques, electrical appliance stores and drug stores. They also carried out mystery shops in automotive dealerships, filling stations, restaurants and cafes, and many other types of outlets.
