4Service has been improving service quality in service companies of the Republic of Kazakhstan since October, 2009. More than 22 000 mystery shoppers in 75 cities allow us to fulfill the most ambitious projects from Almaty to Kostanay, from Astana to Atyrau.
Almaty and Astana are the cities where we have conducted the biggest number of service quality audits. In other cities our mystery shoppers visited cafes and restaurants, electrical appliances stores, fashion and shoe stores, filling stations, banks, hotels, furniture outlets. Our trained employees have also been evaluating the quality of service provided by mobile network providers and goods manufacturers.
The largest number of audits took place in the sphere of banking services, as well as electrical appliances stores. We have also broken in the hospitality sector – now we improve service quality in all kinds of hotels. It is interesting to know, that specially prepared “mystery guests” even had to stay at one of the hotels overnight in order to check the compliance of its services to all the standards of the industry.
“In 2014 we worked on improving service quality in companies of Kazakhstan and, undeniably, have reaches success – the number of quality audits has increased by 53%. Next year we plan to grow by 50% more”, said Maxim Papka, Country director of 4Service Kazakhstan.
