On May 26th we conducted our first workshop organized during an MSPA conference. It featured two important topics which are constantly in discussion in the Mystery Shopping world: namely Fraud and Shoppers’ Motivation.

Irina Sheremetieva, Head of Client Services, presented on Fraud Prevention by 4Service, covering key subjects such as:  


  • - What is Fraud in Mystery Shopping                                                                
  • - Main reasons for Fraud
  • - Indications of Fraud
  • - How to prevent Fraud
  • - The 4Service Quality Control System
  • - Case studies
  • - The 4Service Fraud Prevention Committee activities

 

Nadiya Samoylovich, New Business Development Director, presented on Shoppers Motivation covering the results of our survey conducted among 4Service Shoppers In April 2015. Nadiya’s presentation was aimed at gaining insight into shopper motivation, and to explore trends and geographical differences in shopper’s motivation, such as:


  • - Why do people become Mystery Shoppers?
  • - What motivates them to stay in MS?
  • - What is most important about Mystery Shopping for shoppers?
  • - Does culture really make a difference to shoppers  Motivation 

Both presentations were very well received by the participants, to whom we are sincerely grateful for their participation and look forward to meeting you all again next year at the MSPA Conference in Malta!
