On December 5, as part of the project «Ukraine HR-Brand Award 2014», the first practical conference of HR-branding took place. The main goal of this event was to promote nominee projects as well as to share experiences among employer-branding professionals.

Olga Zozulya, 4Service Group HR-Director, took a prominent place among the speakers of the conference. Olga presented the project «Ukraine Unites the World in the Name of Service». As Olga said, internal company research defined "development zones" more than a year ago and these zones became a starting point for the project launch. The main goal of the project was to enhance the performance of remote employees via loyalty improvement loyalty towards the company.

Improving the teamwork of 150 regular employees with 150,000 remote ones in different countries of the CIS, Europe, and Asia was, at first glance, a great challenge. However, in the course of the project we proved that a company can become close even to those who live on other continents, and its mission and goals will become clearer while involving remote employees in its work and motivating them to do every job well.

Upon implementing the HR-project «Ukraine Unites the World in the Name of Service», we understood that in order to increase the loyalty of remote employees and improve operational performance, it is necessary to facilitate and simplify their interactions with the company. Management integrity and HR-procedures standardization should also be achieved regardless of the location of the remote employees.

We have implemented changes and applied new forms of interaction with remote employees; this resulted in 15% growth in the number of remote employees, 30% geographic expansion of the company, improved operational performance and increased the loyalty of remote employees.

The first award won by the company in the prestigious HR-brand Ukraine project is acknowledgement of meticulous and thoughtful personnel management by 4Service Group. Our HR-philosophy is based on long-term investments in personnel and support to our stars. We understand that our employees are a guarantee of the company’s success; that’s why 4Service gives not just a job, but opportunities to realize ambitions, to achieve dynamic professional growth, to work in a unique environment, and to contribute to a common cause, which is better service all over the world.

Thus 4Service Group Mystery Shoppers are not just remote employees who do their job formally, but a community of people who care for the quality of service worldwide.
