With the business growth rate exceeding our projections for 2012, 4Service Group has carried out more than 14.000 mystery shops in November, on behalf of 100+ service companies throughout Eastern and Central Europe.

The bulk of projects have been executed in Russian Federation, with other countries' share in our volume growing, particularly Kazakhstan, Turkey and Poland.

We attribute that growth to such drivers as skyrocketing expansion of mystery shopping market in the region, as well as 4Service recognized excellence in terms of quality standards, technology and expertise.
