4Service is currently experiencing a rapid increase in operational volume in Turkey - more than three-fold growth compared to the previous year. We are very grateful to our enthusiastic and active shopper panel of several thousand local shoppers in Turkey for their effort.
The significant size and dynamic growth of the Turkish retail and service market along with fair market rules and sufficiently stable business environment have attracted hundreds of international companies here. The global businesses have long brought global management and quality standards to the Turkish market, with service quality and customer experience measurement programs being among those standards. 4Service is happy to cooperate with the local service and retail businesses and also to provide support to our partner agencies - international mystery shopping providers who seek to outsource their field operations in Turkey, as well as in all of Europe.
According to the current government's goal, Turkey is to become the 10th world economy by size as early as 2023 (now it is 17th). The year 2013 showed the strong growth of 4%.
