Austrian online and offline electronics retailer has shared the results of the recent Mystery Shopping campaign. Top scores received by Red Zac Merl – the division in Bruck-an-der-Mur.
"Quality advice and service are cornerstones for successful retail. Mystery shopping is a perfect way to assess the standards of practice in these areas. We, therefore, regularly check our shops not only by external providers, who compare us to the major competitors, but also conduct internal checks using the same method", says Red Zac Board Alexander Klauste. "Basically, the most recent audit, that took place in February and March, proved that we have comprehensive quality of service. We specially congratulate Red Zac Merl in Bruck-an-der-Mur, which has become our number one with 97.58 percent service performance level".
The service quality assessment took into account such criteria as staff communication style, proactivity and interest in every customer, clear and intelligible consultation, product demonstration, meeting individual needs of clients.
The Mystery Shopping campaign took place right during the celebration of Red Zac’s 18th birthday. The management says that it is the competent and committed staff who made it possible for the company “to come out of age”. All staff members receive special training in Red Zac Academy.
